Your AI project, coordinated from start to finish

Kipia manages the project on your behalf: it translates what your business needs into clear requirements and supports every milestone until the solution is used in operations.

What is AI PMO?

AI PMO is Kipia’s accompaniment for AI projects, whether with external vendors or internal teams. It works as your project management office: it defines, coordinates, reviews and answers for progress, so the project doesn’t depend on the goodwill of parties who speak different languages.

The base accompaniment covers the whole journey

Six workstreams, from kickoff to adoption, applied to your project’s reality.

The project journey

Scope definition

Objectives, success criteria and project boundaries, in writing and agreed by every party.

Vendor requirements

Translation of business needs into technical requirements —and of technical matters into decisions the business can make—.

Milestones and plan

A work route with deliverables, owners and verifiable progress criteria.

Risk management

Early identification of technical, data and adoption risks, with mitigation plans.

Deliverable review

Verification that every delivery meets what was agreed, with concrete, actionable feedback.

Team adoption

Support so the delivered solution becomes part of daily work and stays there.

Additional scope

Technical execution by Kipia: only if you request and contract it

The base AI PMO accompaniment is neutral: it coordinates the project and looks after your interests vis-à-vis the vendor or the internal team doing the work.

If the client requests and contracts it, Kipia can also take on the project’s technical execution —development, automation or implementation—. It is an additional, separate scope: first you define what you need; then you decide who executes it.

What situations is it for?

  • You are about to hire an AI vendor and need to translate what you want into clear requirements.
  • You have a project underway that isn’t progressing as expected and nobody answers for the whole.
  • Your internal team works with an external one and a bridge between them is missing.
  • You want deliverables reviewed with sound judgment before accepting and paying for them.
  • The solution arrived, but the team doesn’t use it: adoption management is missing.
