From Operations to AI. From Strategy to Execution.

I have spent more than 15 years leading operations, teams and business processes. Today I combine that experience with my passion for artificial intelligence to build something I truly believe in: smarter companies, more productive teams and technology that generates real impact.

I am an Industrial Engineer by training, and increasingly an AI Builder by conviction. Leading operations across sectors such as education, industry and services taught me that real transformation doesn’t happen when you add a new tool — it happens when you change the way people work, make decisions and create value.

That vision led me to found KIPIA, an AI Studio & Strategy where we connect business strategy, AI adoption and hands-on execution. We help organizations evolve toward an AI-first approach, designing intelligent workflows, automations, AI agents and transformation strategies that go far beyond experimenting with ChatGPT.

In parallel, I collaborate with micro1 as an AI Trainer & Domain Expert, taking part in projects evaluating and training advanced AI models, including robotics-related initiatives. I am also a co-creator of Mentora, an AI-native EdTech we are building to transform the learning experience through intelligent tutors and adaptive learning.

I love working at the intersection of AI, business operations and product building. From designing a company’s adoption strategy to developing a product with tools like Codex, I enjoy staying close to the technology — experimenting, iterating and turning ideas into working solutions.

My philosophy is simple: less AI hype, more real-world impact. It’s not about implementing artificial intelligence because it’s trendy. It’s about finding real opportunities, building solutions that work and making sure technology translates into measurable results.
